1. Discovery Call – Let’s Chat
Schedule a 20-minute consultation to explore whether RTT® is the right fit for you. We’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and map out the perfect transformation session tailored to your needs.

2. Book Your RTT® Session
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you a Client Intake Form and Terms & Conditions to complete before your session. This ensures we’re fully prepared for your transformational journey.
3. Experience Your Transformational Session
In this powerful RTT® session, we’ll uncover the root cause of your concerns and reframe them for lasting success. Whether online via Zoom or in-person, your session will last approx 3 hours. Using RTT® techniques, I’ll guide you in resolving, releasing, and rewiring the beliefs and emotions that have been holding you back.



4. Personalized Hypnosis Audio – Reinforce Your Transformation
After your session, I’ll create a custom hypnosis audio recording designed to reinforce your breakthroughs. Listening to this for a minimum of 21 days will help solidify your new, empowering beliefs.

5. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
Your transformation doesn’t end after the session! You’ll receive three follow-ups to track your progress, discuss shifts, and determine if additional sessions are needed.
